Jill Chamberlain is a script consultant and the author of “The Nutshell Technique: Crack the Secret of Successful Screenwriting.”
I just learned she is hosting a free class this Saturday and wanted to tell everyone.
Here is a link to her Facebook post, if you’re interested.
I’m not affiliated, I don’t even know her. But I am a big fan of the book. It was extremely helpful to me in understanding some storytelling concepts, such as why a character needs a central flaw to drive the story. This article I wrote three years ago is based on Chamberlain’s explanation of a character’s flaw.
But it’s not just that. She shares valuable insights about story structure, which I believe everyone who tells stories should know. I highly recommend it!
